TAAR products are warranted against manufacturing defects and functional issues for a period ranging from three months to one year, depending on the product.
Please check the relevant product page to confirm the applicable warranty duration. Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting our Customer Support Team.

Warranty Coverage for Products with Retractable or Attached Cables
Some of our chargers and power banks come with the added convenience of a retractable cable, attached cable, or complimentary cable inside the box. To avoid any confusion, the following terms explain exactly what is covered under warranty.
Products with Retractable or Attached Cables
This applies to:
- OMI 100W GaN Charger
- OMI 70W GaN Charger

- OMI 20,000mAh Power Bank
- Kombo 3 in 1 10,000mAh
- Kombo 3 in 1 20,000mAh
For these products, the warranty covers the full functioning of the charger or power bank, including its ports.
If the retractable or attached cable is not functioning right out of the box, please contact us. A replacement can be arranged once the product has been received and inspected by our team.
Because retractable and attached cables are subject to regular wear and may be affected by handling over time, the cable itself is not covered under warranty once the product has been used.
The charger or power bank will, however, continue to remain covered under its applicable warranty for its primary functionality and ports
Chargers with Complimentary Cables
This applies to chargers supplied with a complimentary cable, including:
- Rapid Duo 12W
- Blaze 18W
- Blaze 25W
- Fusion dual boost 45W

Fusion Triple Boost 65W
The charger itself is fully covered under its standard applicable warranty.
The complimentary cable supplied inside the box is covered only for one month from the date of purchase.
General Warranty Exclusions
Across all TAAR products, the warranty covers manufacturing and functional defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage caused by power surges
- Damage caused by unstable voltage
