Refund policy

Taar offers a 7-Day Checking Money Back Warranty on all Taar products. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged product, then the order may be returned back to us within 7 days and customer can get refund of their purchase value minus the shipping charges. In case a customer receives a damaged product then we will be fully responsible to make an exchange for that order, bearing all delivery costs. If a customer wants to initiate an exchange for a product that is not damaged but simply not desired than delivery charges will be beared by the customer. The exchange can be for the same, or another product from our website. Taar products are warranted against defects and working for a period of three months to one year, depending on the product - please check product(s) page to see the duration of warranty. Warranty claims can be initiated by our online support team .

DAMAGED PRODUCT: Each Taar product undergoes close inspection before leaving our warehouse, but they could still be damaged on their way to you. If your Taar product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us with a photo of the cable. Further instructions will be given by our customer service team, and exchange will be arranged once the returned product has reached our warehouse.

CUSTOMISED CABLE RETURN: Since customized cable are tailored made for you, so they are not qualified for return unless if you received a customized cable which is not working properly that can be replaced.

Please note that refunds will not be given in the following situations:

 

  • The customer has violated our terms of service
  • The product has been damaged by the customer
