Shipping Policy

TAAR is committed to provide you a seamless and stress-free online shopping experience. Our aim is to make the processing and shipping as smooth as possible. So, you can receive your orders without any delay in excellent condition. 

Shipping Partners 

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Depending on your location, your order may take between 3-5 working days to arrive. We also offer express shipping within 2 to 3 working days at an additional cost.

  2. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping charges are Rs. 250 for all orders. We do not charge any hidden fees or extra charges from our customers. In case of bulk orders, shipping cost will be determined based on the total weight and volume of the items. 

  3. COD Limit: We have a limit of Rs. 10,000 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. You might have to pay online if your total amount exceeds the limit of Rs. 10,000 at the time of checkout.

  4. Order Processing: We only process/deliver orders during working/business days; from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  5. Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it's in line for shipment. Once shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You have to submit  a turn down request if you still don’t want the product.

  6. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within Pakistan only. No matter where you live in Pakistan we’ll deliver in time.

  7. Damaged Orders:  It is necessary for customers to record a video while unboxing the product. In case of damaged or wrong product, the video must be submitted as a proof to our customer support team. It makes your claiming process easy.

  8. Delivery Issues: It’s very rare, but if your order is lost or damaged during shipment, our refund policy applies to make sure you’re covered. We’ll raise the issue with the carrier right away and work to resolve it as quickly as possible, while ensuring your order is delivered to you in a timely manner.

  9. Changes to Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to modify/alter or make changes to our shipping policy at any time. In case of changes, they will be posted on our website.
